ProTOK – User Account Deletion Request

ProTOK respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your account & associated data at any time using the methods described below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your ProTOK account & associated data in one of the following ways:

• In-App: Open the ProTOK app, go to Settings → Account → Delete my Account, & follow the instructions.
• By Email: Send a request to support@protok.live from the email address associated with your account.

What Data Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted:

• User account profile information
• Email address & authentication credentials

Data Retention

Once a valid deletion request is received, your account & data are deleted within a reasonable processing period.

Some limited information may be retained only when required by law, security, or regulatory obligations. Any retained data is securely stored & access-restricted.
